About Me:
It is a space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without the fear of being criticised and where you determine the pace and content for each session enabling you to explore and talk through whatever difficulties, problems or issues are impacting upon your life.

I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold full public liability insurance.

My Location:
My practice is on the first floor of The Albany Centre which is located in the heart of St Albans Town Centre, Hertfordshire. It is only 10 minutes' walk from both St Albans City and St Albans Abbey train stations and there is plenty of public parking.
I am within easy reach of Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, London Colney, Kings Langley, Abbots Langley, Radlett, Watford, Harpenden and Wheathampstead.

Training and Workshops
I regularly provide training and run workshops for trainee and qualified counsellors focusing on working with clients who identify as lesbian, gay and/or bisexual. I also offer training to schools and organisations regarding the nature, effects and impact of homophobic bullying and hate crimes.
